OVERVIEW
Local colleges and universities are an important part of our community. They enhance our region by educating the next generation of leaders, and provide valuable resources for the entire region. When the University of Minnesota Duluth planned improvements to it's facilities, the Northland team was ready to bring a local team onboard for the project.
The UMD Ordean Court project required a multi-discipline approach that included several Northland teams to perform excellent earthwork, blacktop and concrete services. We prepared the site, created a unique and stunning poured concrete sidewalk and repaved the adjacent cul-de-sac.
