OVERVIEW
The Aery Apartments project in Hermantown, Minnesota is a beautiful new multifamily complex offering modern studio, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments. Before the new complex could officially open, the project team called in Northland's paving team for a new parking lot.
The Northland team leveraged our blacktop production plant as well as our paving and trucking teams to complete the necessary work quickly and efficiently so the project could open on time. The final result is a spacious, smooth blacktop parking lot with over 130 spaces for residents of the beautiful new building.
