Northland Constructors

Northland Constructors was founded in 1970 by Jim Holmgren, CEO. Jim and his team have been serving Northern Minnesota & Northern Wisconsin on Highway-Heavy Projects, including Asphalt, Earthwork, Utilities, Bridges, Concrete  Flatwork, Crushing & Blasting.  Northland Constructors works along side state, county and city governments, as well as the DNR, the US Army Corp of Engineers and the private sector.

Who We Are

Our team includes our CEO, Vice President, Project Managers/ Estimators, Construction Managers, Superintendents,  Foremen,  Trucking Managers, Mechanics, Safety Director, Survey Crew, Laborers, Blasters, Operators, Cement Masons, Carpenters, Truck Drivers, and a dedicated Clerical and Accounting staff.

We are a regional leader on all types of highway - heavy projects.
